Look at those in CRE, they start off as analysts and take years before moving up the food chain, I would assume similar to an attorney, they do not start at the top and you do not put a novice attorney on a high profile case, similar to CRE, you do not take a novice and have them involved in some complex deal.

I agree with the statement above that maintaining the Series LLC will be easier than having mutiple LLCs, but slightly more complex than having a single LLC.
