Being able to think in a structured way is truly a valuable asset and that is learned through a broad understanding of how science, literature and philosophy work. 

I’m interested in buy and hold, specifically in Central FL as well as the Tampa area and the Space Coast.I have absolutely NO experience in Real Estate but I’ve been starting to read up, listen to the podcasts, and conduct general research to not only learn the lingo, terms, and strategies, but also to really define my goals and come up with a general big picture plan.I’m currently a Military Pilot (USAF) that was looking at potentially switching to the airlines (full time) and have a go at acquiring rental properties, or stay in the service and figure out this buy and hold plan on the side.

Maybe you can describe how you define wealth.

Have been for 6 months but it wasn’t recently declared until end of June, due to how they define recessions.Real estate will not see any major drop like 08-09. 4 months ago I thought there would be a drop, but there wasn’t.

@Carlos H DeOliveira, yes our 'war zones' in Little Rock are pretty well defined. 

I'll definently be investing in more real estate.  

If it’s done by 123 Main Street LLC is it a hassle to change the name later if new asset is 321 Broad Street.

All of these questions are helping me define what’s best.
