However, some associations will try to stick you with unpaid dues and assessments not recorded as liens up to the foreclosure date.

I think that once the NY exodus settles down and we see an end to our worldwide situation,  prices will stabilize and correct to some degree, but don’t expect them to correct to pre-pandemic levels.

@Danielle Moniz Danielle, it sounds like the next step is to get a firm grasp on the costs associated with this loan.

This could be due to the uncertainty of where to go or the associated risks with moving and becoming more exposed to the virus.
