I agree with Larry, check with a rubber roofing company as they usually do coatings.Another thing, IMO, that roof is not appropriate for that design, the roof is too flat and metal usually has a greater slope, 3/12 or better.

I have met the owner in the past he lived in the home for about a year and then rented it out for about 2 years, about 4-5 months ago the tenants that were staying in the home moved and the owner has came by about 2-3 times max, lately the home has been unattended and sitting(grass growing, gate broken..ect) I am not positive but I believe the owner may be upside down in the mortgage and possibly may have stopped paying the mortgage altogether however the home is in his name and county records indicate his mailing addy is near by.

But, the drywall was hard and flat, so it worked. btw, a mold remediation company does (at least you need to make sure this is in the contract - b/c they are supposed to) do a subsonic-type (I can't remember the name, I need to look at the contract we had) of treatment to the house.

I'll bet the support will continue to grow by everyone with an (R) by their name and when it get's to the list with the (D's) it will fall flat, besides, I doubt you know who would sign it in it's present form.It's hard enough keeping up with stuff as it is without getting involved with what might be, I don't really go there, but by all means let your feelings be known if it floats your boat.Good thread Rachel!
