I'm not seeing anything in the Pro area

All good markets if you target the right tertiary area. 

I live in a historically low income area so I always run into issues with people being able to pay rent.

There are alot of private equity firms out there that will take a leap of faith if the numbers are right and there are a pile of different loans that fit the multifamily arena.So ive come to the decision for me personally to do this for my first time without one of those mentorship programs that promise the sky and deliver dirt.

Any specific area within Gastonia that makes more sense than others?

I started looking in my area and am a beginner of real estate investment.Would you please tell me the reasons to have CPA vs a tax accountant.

It is in an up and coming area so my thought is that if it doesn't have the activity that we are looking for while trying to sell it, we would purchase it ourselves buying it from my dad/the Trust and then renting it out. 

I would advise against an "all-in-one" product but probably not a lot of time to go into that here so, let me just answer the question - try some local real estate meetup groups in your area.
