A good site to use if you want to do your own is redfin.com When you run a search, filter the criteria and on the right side of the page it will list all the properties that match that, at the bottom of that list is an option to "download all" and you can export the file to a excel document and run a comp analysis

Hi Marquest,I'm new to investing, yet to do my first deal, but as I understand it, your contract / Purchase and Sale Agreement is not legally binding until it is filed with a Title Company or Attorney and your Ernest deposit has been made (which should be mentioned on your contract).

I got to say this pad looks unique...at least comparing to modern standards.
