I advertised a rental property in Virginia Beach on the New York Craigslist site.

I'm looking to make an offer on this an a offer on a 2/1 owned free and clear by a son who inhereited the property in Colonial Beach, VA...which is about 1.5 hours away from me. 

In your town, it's like a fish asking where the water is since Long Beach has been my no. 1 market for probates for all of CA for about 25 years.Probate opportunitues are all around you.

For the past few years, this building had been home to several events for college students and sits on the beach.

Here are the details:He is 50, lives alone in a rent controlled apartment in Santa Monica, CA (three blocks from the beach, but who's envious?!)
