Mine says you have to give me 30 days notice or you are breaking your lease and I can keep your deposit?

My tenant acknowledged to me he was going to move out breaking the lease.

I host a meetup in Santa Barbara going on 3 years that many Ventura folks attend (mysef included as I live in VTA currently) and I attend many of the other meetups (three in Ventura, alone).

After July, if the commission rule passes then there will be no obligation OR incentive for seller's agents to include the buyers commission.

With luck, that fee may already be paid and this part of the planning included.

Drilling/nailing/screwing to or through the asbestos will definitely disturb it at best and break off chunks at worst. 

And many believe, myself included, that if the Federal Reserve sees a trend up in inflation, they will be less inclined to lower interest rates.

I lived in a bunch of these homes as a kid in the Poconos (including two in Tobyhanna).

The little ones for the small landscaper were just over break even, because you still need a chassis, an engine, hydraulics, a seat - the cost does not change much.
