They have a once a month class too and I have attended, you would be surprised at the things you think you are doing correctly but actually break the law.

Although some people say that they don't know a single instance where this has actually happened, if banks tomorrow decide to call some of the older notes when interest rates do rise (and they are already rising), I won't be surprised.

However, six months is coming up soon, and I'd like to be able to cash out refi, so I'm hoping to start renovations in the next few weeks.The tenants, who were on a month to month lease, left unexpectedly on June 1st.  

I'm from Haywood Co,. which I'm surprised to see jump into Tier 3 this year, and perhaps more surprised to see that my wife's Guilford Co. friends and family are now living in a Tier 2 county.

How often does the unexplained item, inconsistency or suspect reference result in a "nice surprise". 

We have multiple sets and our cleaner usually will do them at our condo...but...if she has an unexpected and unavoidable delay, or the washer stops working (it's new) then she has the option to take them home and do a quicker turn. 

This takes the guess work out for the borrower and for the bank so there are no surprises once the property is completed as well as cuts down on costs for the borrower since there is only one closing.

I was surprised to see Dallas had stronger home appreciation last year than San Francisco, Austin and San Jose.On the MF front, there are currently 46500 units either under construction or in lease-up in the DFW MSA.  

I definitely don't want to come across as expecting a discount, I guess I was just surprised that the same purchases I would have been making before with my personal card suddenly don't get a discount when I switch my payment method.
