.: Okay, not all of the mistakes, just some of the biggest.I stopped counting at $2m in mistakes lolYou can't always win but as long as you win more than you loose, you will always be in the green.I consider all mistakes as a "cost of doing business".We live, we learn, we try again and try not to repeat the same mistakes.Much success to all 🙏Just out of curiosity, in your opinion, if you had a knowledgeable coach early on, could you have avoided some of those mistakes or were you determined to do things on your own and wouldn't have listened anyway?

I think renters with disbilites are good for two reasons. 1. they have a consistant stream of income and 2. depending on the disability they are more likely to stay longer in your rental.
