I don't know of any legal requirement to have to supply a kitchen on a room rental but downsides are: lower rents, tenants may likely complain about all the construction noise and dust, potential law suits, much lower rents to have to deal with the construction, a lot of disclosures needed, etc.

I have a good supply of Starbucks on hand so all is well here.I do miss going out to dinner and etc., though (lifestyle impingements).And I do realize this is mentally and financially hard on so many--hang in there--and ride the waves as they come in, and do the best you can (that's all anyone can do).And riding this thing out in beautiful Oceanside is a lot better than riding it out Wuhan China where they are welding people into their homes (the glass is either half-full or half-empty).Good Luck!

For me it’s first person who can pass a back ground check by a third party, it is not a perfect system but does flush out a lot of trouble.I rented to 2 young men who passed a back ground 4 years back they did about $2500.00 damages smoked a lot of weed to the point I had to spray a degreaser on the wall then Killz it then 2 coats of paint.
