Turn over vacancy is how fast you can fill in after clean up every 2-3 years.

I have vertical blinds in my rentals but I’m tired of the maintenance/repair/clean up after every tenant.

Our occupancy is around 100 days.We have set up our "Team" with a good cleaning lady and a couple local handy men. 

I don't work in the rental rehab space, only flips.Personally I like to do accent walls, wainscoting, crown/trim work, accent tile, functioning kitchen spaces, wine racks, wine fridges, etc...For a rental I would probably avoid all of this and go with basic, clean and sturdy over fancy and nice looking. 

I have a huge lot 1.5 acres and will have completed an on site laundry facility and am drawing up a 12 unit storage facility.

Are there any free sites or way to find and get in contact with the owner of a home like this?

I track revenue, then back out ALL costs, OTA fees, Cleaning Fees (add back the difference if this is a profit center and average this cost), and any other fees if any.
