@Lisa Stein  welcome,  your post would be deemed self promotion and usually removed.you want to advertise your company on the market place that is were self promotion is allowed and encouraged.. on the open forum its answer questions.. and a little like the show Jeporday you answer the questions with a question LOL.

I am self employed.  

I am only interested in multifamilies ( 3 units or more) I used to budget 50% but since I don't self manage I am thinking 60% would be more prudent.

Have savings you can lend or retirement funds you can self-direct?
