In search of a new one. 

Looking for input on my little dilemma.Facts:-After last house hack flip, we bought a small builder home with the intention of keeping it as a long term rental after we lived in it while searching for the next project. 

I would advise them to educate themselves on business, real estate, and do some soul searching through self-improvement material.

Also, I find it hard that amongst the billions upon billions of Google searches every day that there isn't a pool of people specifically trying to get their home sold.

I just searched again to see if I could find it, but when I did my search on “Atlanta wholesale attorneys” various ones came up and I didn’t want to flood your post with links :-).

If the bank does a title search and sees a trust owns the property, they typically won't enforce due on sale and they can't see who is the beneficiary of the trust because that is not on file publicly.

I have no idea of legal ramifications, but just a thought.I wouldn't worry about 6 months of searching. 

The location is more rural, only three other rents came up on rentometer w/ a 10 mile search.
