Plumbers have done everything from replacing the line to snake the clean out with no luck, but feminine products (specifically tampons) are pulled out of the drain and numerous calls to the city who in the previous 2-3 visits denied where their pipe responsibility starts.

However if you want to leverage the other abilities of a program designed specifically for the processes of management, and also the greater access of tenants & vendors via the web, there are good options out there now.

I have a business name and have bought the domain name, I am working on the logo, hopefully a web site soon, but I need to make it legal.

I have been told by numerous people that its a great deal and they just want to get rid of the properties.Hard money isn't worth it if you ask me.

I personally hate asking my money guy to open up his bank account to a stranger to show this proof when his web site has over 200 of his homes from 30 years in the business.

Soon after my primary residence purchase this year, I'd like to get my feet wet with a single family buy and hold rental as well.This web-site and the information I've received through all it's resources has been awesome . . .
