It just feels like a branded piece offers more legitimacy, but then again, I did my first deal off of a hand-written bandit sign, so maybe my theory doesn't stick in this arena.In my mind, a letter with a unique envelope, logo, brief copy/clear messaging and call-to-action, and multiple ways to contact me make the most sense, but everything I'm reading points against that.

The Trust Co will hold the funds and pay for expenses per your instructions.Alternately, that IRA may be invested into a specially formed LLC where the IRA is the sole member and the account holder or someone they designate serves as the manager.

As per the law (copy & pasted from MAR):  "Maryland law requires that all advertisements include your name (as listed on your pocket card) and the name of the company with which you are affiliated (not simply the company logo).

We have found the best way to keep things running smoothly is to have a designated "Den Mother" in the house - in our case, my sister-n-law.4) You will be carrying all the utilities; as such, it is in your best interest to invest in programmable thermostats (with a lock-out limits on max and min temperature settings); low-flow fixtures and LED lighting.

Paint it with a floor paint and then home depot sells a flake that you throw up and let land in the paint while the paint is still wet to give it some design and dimension.
