House is rented as a residential care home.

The home has been sold 4 times prior built in 2003.What should we do at this point?

I’m in SB as well - flip SF homes.

We have a multi family rental unit which uses oil for home/water heating.Our tenants are responsible for purchasing their own heating oil.We are trying to figure out a way to determine when/if our tenant is running out of fuel.Our maintenance person has communicated that one unit has repeatedly run out of fuel, creating an increase service cost on their boiler.I know there are WiFi options to meter usage.

I am quite happy with Streamline, and it is the legacy provider of many larger scale STRPM companies. 

Felt like I was home.  

I currently own 2 properties, and in the process of looking for my 3rd, which will be my primary home for my family and I.

Making a larger down payment can improve your loan terms, but keeping some cash reserves is also crucial for unexpected expenses and future investments.
