Often, Lowes has them on sale for $399 and sometimes I purchase 3 or 4 of them with 3 or 4 17 to 18 cubic foot refrigerators for about $500 each.I always go with white appliances because white brightens up the kitchen.

I got 3 quotes - they're all expensive, but something in the line of $700-1400 for the first room ($1400 incl. kitchen/living/bath as well) then $300-400 for ea additional room.

It is not standard for month to month all that is required is 30 day notice prior to the first, but my tenants have usually given 60 days.I also have a added to my lease / security Deposit a $250.00 charge a redecorating fee if they stay less than 6 months.

Overall, my experience is that tenants have very little vision of "what it's going to be", so unless you are substantially done - kitchen, bathrooms, flooring in; paint on the walls; all major construction finished - I would wait.
