I'm attempting to update my profile and can't seem to find the right icon to click on to accomplish this. I tried clicking on "Profile" and "Settings" but then I do not see any icon that would suggest an update option...

I would get a pre-lim report from title, along with getting the daughter to fill out a 'statement of Information' with the moms details so title can process to see if any personal liens are against the mom and the property.

@Josh Wallace The depreciation schedule (usually called a Tax Asset Detail, Fixed Asset Schedule or Federal Asset Report) is just the document that shows your depreciation deductions.

Also, 1099 Form should be given to the investor as well. 1099 Form doesn't have the details such as capital gains/loss.
