All other offers at that point would be considered "back up" - If the first offer fails or can't get approved for whatever reason the SELLER (not the lender) has the right to look at other offers.There is WAY WAY WAY to much smoke and mirrors on the internet these days regarding short sale flips.

We all need to spread the word, use the internet, use Facebook, LinkedIn, and all other social media to spread the word.I feel that if we can get 100,000 people who are currently banking with BofA to see the light and stop by switching to a local community bank or regional bank, we can put a large dent into BofA.

Most real estate offices and MLS's have internet vehicles that upload the property to trulia and zillow and homes.com and so on and so on...if it were listed, you would be able to find it SOMEWHERE.

You may need some money up front for Earnest money deposits but other than that not really (EMD can vary greatly depending on area and whether or not it is an REO)And the best way to find a club is to just do an internet search on rei clubs or RPOA clubs in your area.
