Unfortunately, this will make for a very awkward holiday season. 

Only two people have shown interest in the past week (I was going to list it with an agency on Tuesday due to holiday) and both are in similar circumstances.

I recommend calling Hull, Holiday & Holiday.

Extended family coming for the holiday claiming items, etc.  

(This is, by the way, a multifamily property with no private yards, so any pet waste becomes everyone's problem--and these folks really like to write their own rules on the matter.)Thanks for any enlightenment you can offer--and happy holiday!

It took close to 6 months due to the major holidays and around $4,000 when all was said and done.DO NOT change locks or enter the property without notice.

Do not count weekends, holidays, etc.

I have gotten called twice on a Friday late afternoon/early evening before a holiday weekend that the AC was not working, but all it took was a call to my HVAC contractor's after hours service line and they took care of it.  

Any day not the 1st is late ( unless a holiday) .

I think January 1st is the hardest date because everyone is busy with the holidays in December, so hopefully a December 1 date isn't too bad (there could already be people looking in Oct for that date)Good luck!
