You most likely will have title costs, possibly attorney costs if in an attorney state, tax adjustments (costs or credits) water/heating fuel adjustments, some states have transfer fees, any lending costs if you have a loan, and I'm sure there are costs I'm missing.

Hey everyone, There are various ways to analyze a specific property and there are ways to individualize different elements of Market and Neighborhood data. 

My issue is my properties are currently VA military backed loans and after talking to one of the banks who holds mortgage to 2 of the remaining 5, they informed me the value of the loan would be due during transfer, because the LLC is not a military member voiding the backing of the loan if i attempt to do a quick claim deed. 

I own a few properties that I manage myself until I transfer them to my business. 

They are all examples of data disintermediation, giving consumers access to data only the intermediaries had access to.

While you wouldn't be able to transfer existing Roth IRA assets into the Solo 401k, you could utilize some of the other benefits the plan offers over an IRA.

I’d also look at rental sites and see what comparable properties are renting at to get another data point.  

Or is there some kind of data gathering companies I could try?

I am not sure what your state says about the lease being binding and if it gets transferred with the sale, but that is something you will have to look into.
