How much do you smoke usually gets a more accurate response f9r me than do you smoke.  

I use to own a triplex near a university and I was able to be super picky about my tenants (no smoking, partying, references, etc), and it worked out well for me.

It is dark, dusty and extremely cluttered in there.

When I first started out, I would go to these properties after dark myself to check on work, etc. and never really feared for my life.

But I will see through the smoke screen that the fakers try to use.

They may smoke inside your unit, invite their friends and family to have dinner at 'their' place, etc., etc.Didn't mean to discourage anyone, but just wanted to give a sense of reality.
