Does anyone have experience with any  rent pay online platforms?

I would argue that for all you know she could be dead inside the unit, or injured and therefore you needed to call a locksmith to provide access.

It's worth considering how your unit will look in photos online and the more appealing it can be, the better it will rent.

I can't tell you how excited I am to be apart of this forum and how much I've learned in just two days of listening to the podcast and practicing with the online tools provided! 

I found this pamphlet on-line, but was wondering is there is any other information or pamphlets that are required when renting older homes? 

If you've been reading up on wholesaling, then you know you can use several strategies to find deals such as direct mail, bandit signs, driving for dollars or searching sites online like For Sale By Owner or Zillow.  

My partner and I have tried going to the Bergen County Courthouse in Hackensack to try and get access to the probate list.

Here are a few ideas on how you can free up you and your wife's time:1) Online portal for all rent payments and maintenance requests (this way everything is organized and handymen can be notified immediately what work is needed to be done and why)2) Set up online billing if you have not done so already, with recurring payments or automatic payments. 3) Hire a virtual assistant(s) to answer calls, make calls, and do other work that anyone can do. 4) Keep track of how you spend your time currently so you know what changes to make first that will have the biggest impact.Thanks!

How did you go about finding agents like that, that may have more access to pocket listings?
