I always recommend that investors hire an experienced lawyer to do the first one for them.

I’m not getting the issue with the dryer vent.....are you saying air going thru the vent on the outside of the wall a certain distance from your exterior bedroom window is going to cause a noise issue for you, inside?

But should also hire an inspector to go look at the property?

1) have you hired a personal assistant in person?

Also is the work a realtor does worth hiring or is it things you can figure out as long as you do your homework.
