Interestingly, I have had a lot of students take my course at the University of Toronto's School of Continuing Studies, after attending a weekend expo, bootcamp, seminar, etc.

I'm risking it all.That said, I hate giving up the appreciation I expect to continue (with a minor slow down 2018/2019) by not buying more.

Other concern is we are continuing working on adding more properties to the portfolio so within 5 years we could have 5-10 more properties.

Continue to immerse yourself in education, listen to every podcast with supplemental reading.

I may dabble a bit in trying to do a wholesale during this time and I will definitely continue reading and listening to podcasts and hopefully networking!
