I have always had steady income just from different companies and places as I was traveling from New Jersey and West Virginia University alot for school.

If you need a reputable inspector I can recommend one to you that will travel to MD.I would also agree that anyone you bring in to pay for services should be brought in on a short term, per project basis.

Just right now my issue is which way  should I approach real estate, coming with a well though plan and not having someone watch over me.My Big "WHY"Have multiple high positive income stream, so I can be financially free and I can have more time time to see family/friends, find the things i enjoy, travel around the world and make a difference in this world.Thank you for your time for reading this post and getting to know me. 

Per my realtor, having followed-up on our offer, the listing agent keeps making excuses, explaining the seller is busy and travels a lot, hence the delay in reponse.

Every newbie, and their mother, father, brother, sister, and extended family is a real estate investor. and most of them are wholesalers!

Again, live in CA but can travel easily to LV and do have friends there, though no connections investor-wise. 

We sold our home in Indiana and purchased a new RV to travel for work.

@Kevin Jefferson  Sorry, I forgot to tell one of its novelties .... travel from your home to dinner, the grocery or the drugstore is via golf cart! 

For physical gold in hand (as opposed to a gold ETF or gold locked away in someone else's bullion vault) if things really don't go your way (wartime scenario) and you need to get out of the country or travel across borders it is a much easier way to carry a lot of cash.

In this process you can put together info and find a cleaner, and score some awesome travel!
