I was online and googled it a couple weeks ago. 2 part do -it - yourself spray foam insulation was like 650 bucks for the two freon tank size canisters,,enough for a supposed 650 square feet.

My biggest worry would be liability protection - ie if you install say a hot water tank and it floods a persons house is there protection from someone going after your personal assets to collect damages?

At some point the owners, laugh and close the door in someones face when they hear the first 3 words.The calls stop coming in not because the phone is shut off, but because the owners can't stand the flood of calls from sharks wanting to take away something that has been in the family for 17 years, their home.

As with Apartment buildings, lead paint, knob & tube wiring, aluminum wiring, flat roofs, asbestos shingles, in ground oil tanks, etc. can all be issues.
