While you should take into consideration those living there, they also need to respect that you are doing work on a condo to give them a unit that will have a great resident that pays their dues, etc.So there has to be some give and take, but inevitably, the Condo Board is made up of just residents with no background in either management in general or in building codes, maintenance, or regulations.I second the statements to just not put anything in the dumpster and move on with it.
