Lets say that the seller wont go lower than $50,000 (random numbers so you can understand) Take 50,000/400= 125months I would say "I can make you payments of $400 for the next 125 months to pay off the $50,000" If they say "yes" than you place that into your purchase and sales agreement right into the price section as such.

Be cautious of random people reaching out to you saying “I’ve got assets all across the country, just provide me your buying criteria”. 

The DWI/DUI I would like to know if all these are running together and if there is a pattern, or they just randomly happened once 5 years ago.

Yes there are tons of people doing the exact same thing which I could’ve simply google search for randoms if I was looking for street walkers.  

If three other bid 7%, then the auction software does a random pick out of the four people who bid 7% as the winner.

For all reading here NO there is NO MN law saying a tenant can just make a random complaint and get's to hold-over a property for months.
