I want to teach students how to House hack to flip/Rent when they are Juniors, Partner them with Professionals Senior year, and then mentor them through a house hack post H.S.

Educate yourself on the local market, network with other investors and agents, and always have a solid plan in place before making any investments.

Hey Rachel, One side note is that Landlord's choice varies a lot but I'd take a look at local listings that do have a professional property manager and review their screening criteria.

Tell the tenant that you have had 3 professional plumbers in and there is no problem.
