The spreads have become thinner, buyers less plentiful, and dealing with the roadblocks of end buyers lenders, underwriters and appraisers have made the job even more difficult.That said, it remains a profitable business model if you know what you are doing and until that changes completely, I will continue to plug away at it.I am switching gears some by dabbling in notes and will also dedicate approx. 20% of my time to commercial acquisitions by the end of the year knowing full well the opportunities that exist in that strategy.

Does anyone have any suggestions or do business the same way but using a different platform?

I'm interested in understanding how you track/manage the P&L projections before purchasing, P&L and budgets that you track throughout the year, and any tax reports and platforms you use to generate information for your accountant or tax services.  

I'm sure they have at least one analyst dedicated solely to watching the Sacramento market if not more. 

He uses Social Media as a platform to continue his Global Network and bring added value to Clients.

I have decided to dedicate the next year and a half that I have left, to educate myself as much as I possibly can.

Are you referring to custodians, hard money lending companies, P2P lending platforms, or something else?
