A fellow investor that I know recently purchased a seller-financed note secured by a small ($60,000) manufactured home in one of the southern states (BTW there are tremendous opportunities in notes secured by manufactured homes).

Here's the rundown.I own free and clear 230k home.found great investment property ( two good and clean manufactures homes on 4.4 acres) for 150k with income potential of about 450 month - each.problem. my money is all tied up in other investments.what should i do..

That should be easy to have him send over the text or the email giving him that instruction.... if i was verbal ask for the date/time and tell him to match it up to the bill. 

we did find a few modular companies like Liscott for pre-manufactured structure & setup, but they will not handle site construction, permits, concrete etc. so we need a general contractor for that.
