After the credit score is built I want to get an FHA loan for house hacking, I know that you need a job history to apply, but here is my question "Does the job history from my country matter in the USA as a 17 years old or in general as an adult for an FHA loan?

There are obviously a lot more factors that go into it - real estate is always going to be a mix of the tangible property/market itself with a mix with the investor/operator including experience, risk appetite, financial situation etc.I would say however if you are just getting started in real estate - LTRs are probably (in a vacuum) the better bet as STRs are certainly more sophisticated and challenging from an investor perspective

I’m wondering if using Customer instead of Class would work, thereby allowing the less expensive Simple Start or Essentials versions to be used.As a private lender I’ve been using Customer for borrower and Job for each borrower loan … seems to work.

And no idea how any loan beyond a DSCR loan works but knows that the DSCR is always the best option and thinks the DSCR loan is somehow undetectable from underwriting on the next application.
