The rest though the apts all have tile kitchens, LVT floors, newer kitchen cabinets, and such.   

All second floor kitchens and common areas will be converted into bedrooms.

I work with a lot of house hack clients and in Milwaukee your out of pocket would be about right for a duplex on the desireable East Side close to the lake.Typically that would be a $275k-375k purchase price depending on condition, rents between 1400 and 1700 depending on number of bedrooms, square footage and condition of kitchen and bath.

Starting a complete gut on a multi family. We are thinking about trying to use consistent finishes on all the units. What finishes worked best for you? (Pictures would be great)

And as others have said, there is no way you can get a place ready to go in a weekend, unless it is a rare situation where all the furnishings, decorations, linens, kitchen supplies, small appliances, cleaning is almost perfect when you walk in.

The condo will be available for rent mid january currently updating floors, paint and kitchen so pics coming soon...are the qual standards typically included in the listing? 

I'm taking the little proceeds I got from the sale (almost like did a really bad flip that lasted 2 years since I did renovate the kitchen) and buying SFH or duplex in the Midwest for a future rental. 

I'm sure it doesn't include new kitchen and baths, flooring, tile, etc......right?
