I am currently facing the same issue, and here are the steps I have taken to remedy it.1.)

I’m dipping my toes into Real Estate & would like to know how to initiate a conversation with home owners & the nono’s when talking with them.

Pretty soon my knowledge will help me take that step!

I am trying to figure out what is the next best step to scale my real estate profolio. 

Granted, these properties were sold OVER value so it is ok that they went, but just curious as to what step I should take first.If you are a lender, I would be interested in talking about your loan programs also.Thank you for your insight.

Although we have been assigning this volume, we have had several issues getting to the closing table, some out of our control and other areas that could be improved on to streamline this step of the process. 

The step i was missing here is estimate rehab cost.

I talked to my CPA and he stated that there isn’t any tax benefits to purchasing this property INITIALLY.

Ok so I’m not sure if “taking my first step” is the right title for this since I have a property I’m currently living in that is paid in full and in need of a ton of renovations.
