In fact, those who would be drawn to such would, I think look at this and say "wow, that was a pain in the butt" @Fitzgerald Hall jumped through many hoops....many more than your average Joe Pro Agent would, and certainly more than the get rich quick guys who rarely if ever put their own money into a dealLastly, I see nothing at all predatory here for anyone to latch onto.

If there is a sewer system in the subdivision it's likely that all is fine; however, if people there have septic systems then you'll need to check with whoever has jurisdiction for that, probably a Health Department in the County.

Like I stated above, the only reason the contractor can "force" the owner to add something they dont want to add is because theres a health hazard.
