I wouldn't go to the Postmaster to fill out whatever form they have, if they even have a form.So, in closing, has anyone done this before?  

Do people there REALLY pay $640k to climb 3 flights of stairs 20 times a day, on lots a quarter the size, with neighbors literally on the other side of their bedroom walls, just because it's new?

A lot of the background check companies require that the tenants fill out the background check.

Recently they have filled two of my units with strong candidates, quickly (like two weeks quick).  

But if you are looking at a larger than normal down payment or an all cash transaction, it is an area that you will be able to easily fill with quality tenants and have an asset that is likely to increase in value over time.

But there may be some jurisdictions where pre-printed or fill in the blank forms might be used/supplied.

After the existing lease is up you would need to fill out a rent change request and provide section 8 with comps to defend said request.
