Maybe it evens out, I'm not sure.Permitting services are very common in Florida, and while I'm biased since it's how I make a living I'd suggest pulling your own permits a couple times in your market area and decide for yourself what value it has.

think bigger. we build a triplex that's very popular in columbus. for house hacking unless you want to live with your tenants or rent bedrooms out push the dwelling units up and run the numbers. as long as you can qualify for it

One was the home address that I initially entered, two were duplicates of an employer's address from about 20 years ago, one was an old Mailbox Etc address that I had about 20 years ago, one was an out-of-state address from about 35 years ago, and there was a duplicate of that address with an incorrect zip code and street name suffix, and the last one was an apartment that I lived in when I was in college a long time ago.
