I feel like the taxes should be paid from the proceeds, not from me as the go-between.

While initially enthusiastic about the potential of the property, upon inspection, I found myself overwhelmed by the extent of work required for its rehabilitation.As a beginner in this field, I must admit that I feel ill-equipped to accurately assess the necessary renovations and calculate the total cost of rehabilitation.

I'm not an expert in Athens to be honest.But I'd look mostly into areas close to the metro (underground) stations, and also into the high end areas...

I feel like Furnished Finder could make some very basic changes that would help them and their landlord hosts a lot, but they don't do it.

Are there experts in our group here who can help compare the quotes?
