Has anyone ever put a "we buy houses" sign in the yard of a property you were already renting out? 

It isn't the end of the world but I won't ever use these guys again.  

Hi Everyone,My business partner and I currently have our REI business set up under an LLC in Delaware, and we want to be able to place each property under its own LLC to help protect the other properties from litigation (if that ever happens). 

Did they ever break or violate the lease?

If your doing conventional financing, when you guys buy 1 home it’s as if each of you are buying and counts against you all so if you ever break away all the loans will count against you buying on your own. 

Here are my thoughts and/or things I would be wondering on it:Never ever go only off estimates or pictures.

I suspect those players are going to keep the best notes for their fund as is their fiduciary responsibility to the fund and their clients.. and then off load the ones they deem inferior for what ever reason to those like you
