Grateful to have a community like BP. 

I thought I'd post this to get feedback from the community. 

@George Frye I would look to a local community bank first.

I'm all for recycling these classics, generating cash flow to the local communities.

It breaks it down by building type (elevator, low rise, garden) and by property age.

I am pretty excited to find a whole community of real estate geeks that I can start exploring- sometimes my wife isn't quite as excited to talk about it as I would like :)I am mostly interested in BRRRR, Fix and Flips, and long term buy/hold depending on available at the time.

And I hope I can contribute back to the community in some way also...  

But I also think part of the investors job should be to improve the community while adding value to his/her portfolio.

I am the owner and the developer.. but we put each community into a separate LLC for obvious reasons.. and my company that has the license is the co owner of the LLC..
