Please share your experience in term to how to deal with this situation...

Yes, you need to start somewhere -but start there if you have the plan to scale there over time.A couple things I would add are; go on to the city permit web page to do a search for major systems and if and when they may have been replaced.  

Many eviction filings are done by third party entities representing the property owner such as eviction service companies and property management companies.Davidson and Hamilton county circuit courts both have public computers that will connect you with the web portals needed to locate the cases.

BUT, this property is approved for 20 total cabins that we'll long-term build out (plus RV sites), and I think I want to integrate a hybrid system of scheduling -- some on Airbnb, but also my own website (utilizing Google adwords, current web traffic, etc) and blend the two platforms. 

This week I plan to use web searches, Zillow, etc... to see availability of rentals in areas and prices on STR rental sites, but if anyone has tips to help my search get off the ground I would love to hear it!
