Type of property: Single family home, manufactured home, RV/trailer, multi-family (specify unit count), mixed use (specify resi v commercial unit counts and approximate square footage distribution between the two), hotel, casino, mobile home park, other (specify).Looking at multifamily, 3 or 4 units preferred but the right duplex might be fine.

I am just starting to get calls on all the postcards I sent out in the last two weeks, and it's fun to talk to people who want to sell their houses and to go look at their houses.

@Caleb Heimsoth it’s not an immediate need but would like to keep investing in other properties and would like to use the money from this to hopefully fun some of my other investments.

While we're all undoubtedly ready to get back into action with our real estate investing, I thought it would be a fun exercise to reach out to the BP Community and gather some thoughts. 

It can be fun if approached with the right skillset and mindset.
