We have one person providing the capital, one construction expert to oversee contractors, and someone to analyze and acquire the deal (this may typically merit just a finders fee?).

I was out of money at the time and it's going to cost me a lot more to go back and remedy when we move onto the next one, which will be very soon. 

I know completing deals remedies this situation, but for a first timer with no prior business with the GC, seems to be a crapshoot.
