My experience is that people will open an envelope addressed to them with a return address on it, whether hand written or printed and they'll read the letter.post cards are more easily thrown in the trash bin before reading, I do the same thing, I go throug the mail over my trash can and I drop promotions without reading them, I just don't have the time, I think that's common.

We had considered costs for management when we invested, but actually amazed at how time consuming it was weeding out the wackos with property managers trying to promote their own side businesses (requiring you use their blind cleaning company, landscaper, carpet cleaner, etc.).
