My "day job" is buying, selling, and auctioning restaurant equipment, so I have my own refrigeration subs and can buy the equipment wholesale.

Hi, I've been reading and studying R.E. investing for some years now and I'm having a hard time pulling that trigger and getting that first wholesale deal under my belt.

That I am guessing would be the price a wholesaler gets it at before repairs.

I am having a hard time finding a purchase agreement that is both assignable and contingent on financing. this is my first attempt at a wholesale deal. any insight regarding the process of negotiating and presenting the contract is much appreciated.

All you usually need is the purchase and sales contract and a assignment contract.You can can get these from online "how to wholesale" websites, or you can create your own contracts, or you can just have an attorney create them for you.

Or do like some people and wholesale a few deals until you get the cash built up.
