Hello Everyone,I just joined BP and after reading numerous informative threads and comments, I would love to introduce myself to the rest of the team.I am completely new to real estate investing, and am swamped with all of the incredible information on this site.

I would highly recommend looking through as many forum posts and listening to as many of BP's podcasts as you can-  there is a wealth of knowledge on this site ready to mine. 

Best site to list a rental on the MLS?

Hi Kelly, I’m new to investing and new to the site so take my advice for what it’s worth.

I've read/skimmed through dozens of airbnb threads but there are just SOOO many on this site covering a wealth of topics it's hard to find all the advice I am seeking. 1) For those of you living in a property that you also rent out (either renting out extra rooms or renting out while you are temporarily away) do you attempt to deduct your utilities?

Im a stickler for the rules though for a few reasons....BP gives me a very public presence....Ive served on my boards grievance/ethics committee...and my broker is the chairman of the state real estate commission. 

I realize that the site says "In the future, we will expand in adjacent markets like multifamily acquisition and renovation, and non-bank new construction, which will greatly expand the market size addressed by Groundfloor."

She was served an eviction notice, and then subsequently thrown in jail for assault. 

However, if we are talking about an IRA LLC, the IRA participant can serve as the manager provided he or she does not receive compensation for performing such managerial services.
