Justin,it definitely sounds too good to be true, so proceed with caution.I like to think of it this way, why would someone give you money at 3% when they can get more money in a savings account without risk?

Otherwise investing in the stock market or better yet, a high interest savings account (mine is at 5.5%) can actually be a safer bet.If you are set on condos, I would be looking in Ventura County.
