@Kelvin HeSome things to consider:Transfer Taxes: Some jurisdictions impose transfer taxes when property ownership changes, even if it's to an LLC you own.Due-on-Sale Clause: Check your current mortgage agreement for a due-on-sale clause, which might require you to pay off the mortgage if the property is transferred to an LLC.

Hi BP, I'm considering selling off my small portfolio of 3 SFH's and moving the money into either a Delaware Statutory Trust via a 1031 or just selling and paying the tax and then reinvesting the money in a syndication.

As far as your wholesaling journey, I would probably advise you to start off by buying a list of potential motivated sellers, skip tracing them and then cold calling them.

Its hard enough to find the "right" house to live in, but when you add factors like: foundation repair, new roof, new hvac, complete cosmetic over haul, it makes it that much more difficult.Certainly can be done, and not only that, you can find a house in Collin county off market cheaper that what you would pay retail.Its important to make sure you have a resource for properties, an investor friendly lender Ie.
